Service descriptions and the readiness guarantee
Descriptions of the operating standard, including FMH Assured and the statement “Guaranteed Family Ready.”, describe our own operating standard. The scope that applies to a specific engagement is set out in the agreement with that operator, which prevails over anything published here.
Capabilities in development
Where this website refers to capabilities in development, such as reservation-system or flight-data integrations, those are stated as planned and are not represented as currently live.
Partner portal
The partner portal is restricted to authorised users. Access credentials must not be shared.
