From booked add-on to installed seat.
A booked child seat is not a ready child seat. This is the operation that closes the gap.
The operating principle
Readiness is a unit of work with a defined start, defined checks and a defined end state. The booking opens it, the verified installed seat closes it, and the record is returned to the operator.
Where the work sits
- Preparation is centralised at a hub, not improvised at the desk
- Each unit is matched to a booking, not to a general pool
- Cleaning and condition checks happen before dispatch
- Installation is verified in the assigned vehicle
- Exceptions have a defined handling path
What stays with you, what moves to FMH
You keep
The booking flow, pricing, ancillary revenue, your brand and the customer.
FMH takes
Category matching, availability, arrival planning, preparation and checks.
FMH installs
Installation in the assigned vehicle and verification before release.
FMH returns
Exception handling and a unit-level readiness record per booking.
Reservation-system and flight-data integrations are in development. Today the operation runs on agreed data exchange with the operator.
